Guy Thomas


An experienced organisational development specialist with excellent account management, interpersonal and client relationship skills, who has developed his expertise in a range of project, team building and consultancy roles. Leading performance improvement, through the development of individuals and teams within small, medium and large organisations across the public and private sectors in the UK.

He has recently introduced Degree Apprenticeships at two UK Universities, involving the setup of internal teams and the engagement of employers and external stakeholders, including progression routes from FE Providers.

His career with a number of private and public sector employers including British Gas involved working in a wide range of specialist and line management roles at local and regional levels, designing implementing change programmes.

His early career included a commission in the Royal Naval Reserve, which gave him useful experience in the leadership and training of operational teams.

His current interests are keeping fit, DIY and managing guided tours.
