We support an institution to develop a focused strategy to target a specific market or markets. This includes the development of a bespoke market entry plan, the identification of potential opportunities, the positioning of the institution to win that work, facilitated market entry visits and ongoing in country support from a dedicated locally based country manager. We have completed over forty of these projects, and the work won by clients includes training and CPD contracts, joint, dual and franchise degree agreements, the development of joint faculties, the development of branch campus projects and consultancy appointments with governments and local institutions.
Agent Recruitment and Management
We support institutions in developing and managing effective student recruitment networks globally. We normally work on a regional basis, where we will take responsibility through our local offices and staff for managing a group of countries (eg CIS or South America). This service includes the auditing of existing agent networks in the region, the appointment of new agents, the management of those agents (meeting with the regularly to review performance etc) delivery of training to agents, representation of the institution at local recruitment fairs, and liaising with the university or colleges international team. We allow institutions to reduce costs of network management and improve performance.
Post BREXIT we have developed a new service to work with Higher Education institutions to support them in developing a strategy to target research partners and funding from outside the EU.
